In the unlikely event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request return authorization so long as it is within 30 days of receiving the item. When requesting return authorization, please email us at and include your name, address, order number, item edition number and reason for requesting authorization.

Due to the nature of the product, one authorized for return must be unused and in original packaging that includes shipping box, display box and all internal packaging materials. Once an authorized return is received by us and inspected, you will be notified promptly of its eligibility for full or partial reimbursement.

Returned items that arrive with damage due to improper packing may be subject to a ‘damage fee’, 25% of the product price, or may be denied. Denied returns for cause will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Unauthorized returns are ineligible for credit or exchange.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Approved refund requests will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as practical.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Some processing time is often required before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company as it may take them time before officially posting as well.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at and we will try to assist resolving the problem.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If your order is damaged in transit or has a manufacturer defect, it can be returned for replacement or refund. You must contact us with details within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide a brief description of the defect, and pictures if possible, via email to and note your order number. Claims of defective or damage products will not be accepted after 48 hours of receipt.


Authorizations to return will include the address to which the item should be sent based upon its current location.

You will be responsible for paying shipping and handling costs for returning your item unless you receive a full refund, in which case the reasonable cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Because you are shipping an item in value well over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
